## Contact form

When you use the contact form we process the email address and any message
you provide, in order to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is your
consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries addressed to
us. We do not use this data for any other purpose.

## Saspien Verifier submissions

When you submit a URL to the Saspien Verifier, that URL is used transiently to
perform the checks described on the Verify page (DNS lookup, fetch, hashing,
manifest analysis). Submitted URLs are not stored or logged beyond the
standard request handling already described for the contact form (rate
limiting by IP, kept only in memory).

## Language preference

This site stores your chosen language (English or Spanish) in your browser's
localStorage so it can remember your preference on return visits. This is a
functional preference, not a tracking cookie, and is never sent to our
servers.

## Processors

This site is hosted and delivered via Cloudflare, which acts as our processor
for hosting, network security, and (where configured) email delivery and bot
protection (Cloudflare Turnstile).

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, or
object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To

### Envíos Al Verificador Saspien

Cuando envías una URL al Verificador, se usa de forma transitoria para las
comprobaciones descritas en la página Verificar: resolución DNS, descarga,
hash y análisis del manifiesto. Las URL no se almacenan. El endpoint aplica
limitación de frecuencia por IP mantenida solo en memoria y responde con
`Cache-Control: no-store`.

### Preferencia De Idioma

El sitio guarda el idioma elegido en `localStorage` para recordar la
preferencia. Es una preferencia funcional, no una cookie de seguimiento, y no
se envía al servidor.
